RESIDENTIAL TERMS - La Petite Villa

La Petite Villa welcomes one to four persons, couples and families with children. It is kept in good condition and provides all necessary furniture and equipment for a normal and comfortableutilization by the residents registered in the booking.

The maid works from Monday to Saturday and does not work on Sundays and Public Holidays. However, in case of Sunday and Public Holiday following each other,she will work one of the two days after agreeing with the residents and/or owner. She arrives in the morning at a time that suits the residents, however not later than 10 am. She speaks English and French. She will be present if you arrive or leave on Sunday or Public Holiday.
She sets the table for breakfast, cleans the house and clothes. After completing her normal duties she can also cook a meal for a tip but depending on the house duties. She can also baby sit as a supplement. Our rates include electricity, cooking gas, local telephone calls, ADSL connection and WiFi, satellite TV subscriptions, household products, the maid service as well as garden and pool maintenance. Bed sheets and towels are supplied.

The house is covered by an adequate General Insurance Policy and the owner by a Civil Responsibility Policy. However our residents should have their own insurance policiesfor themselves and their belongings.

The swimming pool is not fenced and not supervised and its utilisation remains under the responsibility of the residents in all circumstances

The owner, or a responsible person, will be available most of the time during your stay.
Only residents registered in the booking are allowed to lodge in the villa. No other resident should be allowed to lodge without prior authorisation of the owner. Recurrent/daily hosting of persons not officially booked is not allowed unless previously agreed by the owner.

Music groups, Sega groups, beach hawkers and canvassers are strictly forbidden within the property and the villa. Employment of outside staff is subjected to the owner’s approval.

Breakdowns and breakage occurring during normal utilization are covered. Breakdowns, breakage and losses resulting from negligence accrue to the residents.

Utilisation of the barbecue is at the residents risk

Baby sitting by the maid will be done to her best endeavours however should be covered by the residents insurance

Payment terms. A down payment of 20% is payable at booking time. The balance of 80% is due and payable about eight weeks before arrival at a date mentioned on the invoice. The down payment is not refundable. For 10 and 13 night stay early arrival and late departure are available only if possible. They cannot be garanteed at booking time and remain payable on site.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations are accepted until the date mentioned on the invoice for the payment of the balance amount. Passed

that date the amount remains due in all circumstances. The down payment is not refundable. In case of special and unexpected circumstances, emergencies and/or Force Majeure the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking in which case the booking will be refunded in full and the owner will undertake its best efforts to help the residents and/or future residents to find an alternative accomodation of equivalent standard.
We strongly recommend to our residents and future residents to subscribe a travel insurance.
